“Pampaneo Ecologico” by Bruno Ruiz is a highly expressive Tempranillo, with a rural and multifaceted appearance. An ode to the concept of terroir, the symbol of artisanal Spain and a way of working that aims to be as spontaneous and natural as possible. 65 hectares spread across the vast territory of La Mancha, centennial vines, extremely low yields, and a minimally invasive approach: this is the reality of Bruno Ruiz, one of the leading names in the world of artisanal wines. The Ecological Tempranillo is the youngest, purest, and sincerest offspring, speaking of its land, and listening to it is truly enjoyable. Because when the authentic juice of the land speaks, everything becomes more magical.

It comes from vines just over 25 years old rooted in sandy soils of clay and limestone at an altitude of nearly 750 meters above sea level. The alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with the presence of indigenous yeasts and is accompanied by a maceration of about two months to best extract all the material and polyphenolic content of the skins.
