The "Fruttaio" by Rainoldi is a Sforzato of Valtellina that fully represents the heroic viticulture: the vineyards are literally climbed up and perched on the slopes pendants and more rugged side. The clusters of Sforzato Valtellina "Fruttaio" by Rainoldi are left to dry on racks in "Ca Rizzieri" the higher ‘fruttaio’ of Rainoldi, situated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, where the grapes benefit from a dry and breezy climate; a climate that is ideal support for the natural drying of the grapes.
